★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Éxelente lugar pra se morar. Portaria extremamente discreta e tem seu Geraldo, o zelador que conhece é chama pelo nome cada um dos moradores. Ainda temos aqui próximo, atravessando a rua: supermercados, pizzarias, bares, e o pondo de ônibus na porta do condomínio. Sou grato por morar aqui.
 Excellent place to live. Extremely discreet ordinance and has its Geraldo, the caretaker he knows is called by each of the residents by name. We still have here close by, crossing the street: supermarkets, pizzerias, bars, and putting the bus at the door of the condominium. I am grateful to live here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condomínio com 3 blocos. Não tem lugar para estacionar na rua. Normalmente paramos no roldao mercado em frente. Bom que os seguranças te acompanham até o local que irá. Lugar muito grande e não tem muita sinalização.
Condominium with 3 blocks. There is no place to park on the street. We usually stop at the market square in front. Good that the security guards accompany you to the place you will go. Very big place and doesn't have much signage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ conheço muito bem e digo que dei apenas duas estrelas porque esta numa ótima localização.
Mas o Medison já foi melhor. Porque precisa de uma nova roupagem.
1°A academia do prédio precisa de novos aparelhos pois estão velhas e enferrujada.
2° A sala de jogos que muito tempo não abre precisa de reforma comecando com o piso e os jogos.
3° Espaço kids não oferece opções de brinquedos para as crianças.
O melhor é a localização perto de tudo.
I know very well and say that I only gave two stars because it is in a great location.
But Medison has been better. Because you need a new outfit.
1 ° The building's gym needs new equipment because it is old and rusty.
2 ° The game room that does not open long needs reform starting with the floor and games.
3rd Space kids does not offer toy options for children.
Best is the location close to everything.
