★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui visitar o empreendimento mas notei muitas falhas, o prédio é novo mas tem manchas na pintura externa, as vagas da garagem e a área de manobra são muito apertadas. Hoje os empreendimentos precisam estar preparados para receber carros atuais, mesmo os populares hoje em dia são grandes. Estive visitando vários empreendimentos em todos os novos as vagas são bem maiores que desse empreendimento.
I went to visit the development but I noticed many flaws, the building is new but has stains on the external paint, the parking spaces and the maneuvering area are very tight. Today the developments need to be prepared to receive current cars, even the popular ones today are big. I've been visiting several developments in all the new ones, the vacancies are much bigger than this one.

Prédio relativamente novo Possui uma ampla área de lazer; quadra, piscina, brinquedoteca, salão de festas... Bem completo mesmo.
Strictly residential building. Compact fits, with small usable area. Very tight parking spaces. Fully computerized building; doorman and virtual. Relatively new building It has a large leisure area; court, swimming pool, playroom, ballroom... Very complete indeed.

As vagas são minúsculas, se tiver carro grande desista.
A rua tem bastante assalto e a portaria é virtual ??, o que não era antes.
Tem vizinhos maravilhosos que vc pode levar pra vida, mas tem outros que vc não querer encontrar nem pelo corredor ?.
Vão alugar dizendo que tem brinquedoteca, te aconselho a conhecer a real e não a da foto, vai por mim.
Tudo é um parto, noooossa é muito cacique pra pouco índio.
Enfim, pense muito bem antes de ir pra lá!
I lived in this condominium for almost two years, (Rent) we left for the reasons below.
The spaces are tiny, if you have a big car, give up.
The street has a lot of robbery and the entrance is virtual ??, which was not before.
There are wonderful neighbors you can bring to life, but there are others you don't even want to meet down the hall ?.
They will rent saying they have a toy library, I advise you to get to know the real one and not the one in the photo, go for me.
Everything is childbirth, noooossa is too chief for little Indians.
Anyway, think very carefully before going there!
