Lugar perfeito pra quem busca profissionais realmente preocupados com o serviço prestado, seja na execução correta dos exercícios , com a saúde física, entre outros. É um local que dá vontade frequentar dada a ótima recepção todos os dias. O clima é sempre muito respeitoso e cordial entre os frequentadores. Eu gosto e recomendo.
I have been working for 2 years at Conexão. Perfect place for those looking for professionals really concerned with the service provided, whether in the correct execution of the exercises, with physical health, among others. It is a place that makes you want to go, given the great reception every day. The atmosphere is always very respectful and cordial among visitors. I like it and recommend it.

Possui uma área com televisão, mesinha, desenhos para colorir e colchonete para crianças.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente academia na minha opinião. Bruno e Rodrigo são ótimos e muito cordiais, fazem vc se sentir em casa. A academia é muito bem estruturada, limpa, respeita as medidas de segurança. Um local super familiar, lá vc não vê aquelas estrelas malhadas, que se exibem, como se vê em outras academias. Lá pessoal vai para malhar, não ficam nos aparelhos batendo papo, ou no celular atrapalhando quem quer malhar. E o melhor, Ela é a única academia do Vale do Aço que abre as 5 da manhã. Excelente horário para malhar.
Excellent gym in my opinion. Bruno and Rodrigo are great and very friendly, they make you feel at home. The gym is very well structured, clean, respects security measures. A super familiar place, there you don't see those spotted stars, who show off, like you see in other gyms. People go there to work out, they don't stay on the devices chatting, or on their cell phones, hindering those who want to work out. And the best part, it is the only gym in Vale do Aço that opens at 5 am. Excellent time to work out.
