★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O lugar é todo bagunçado, produtos expostos pra todos os lados, é um ambiente sujo e desagradável, sem contar que o atendimento é péssimo, com o atendente que nos recebe com a cara fechada parece que só vive de mal humor. E irei evitar comprar qualquer produto que só tenha lá a assistência técnica, para ñ ter q voltar lá. Acho que as pessoas q lidam com o público tem que ter o mínimo de cortesia com quem está pagando por aquele serviço. Indico o SENAC que tem um excelente Curso de Atendimento ao cliente. Eu fiz, aprendi bastante como se deve tratar um cliente.

The place is all messy, products are displayed everywhere, it's a dirty and unpleasant environment, not to mention that the service is terrible, with the attendant who receives us with a frown, it seems that he only lives in a bad mood. And I will avoid buying any product that only has technical assistance there, so I don't have to go back there. I think people who deal with the public have to have a minimum of courtesy to whoever is paying for that service. I recommend SENAC that has an excellent Customer Service Course. I did, I learned a lot how to treat a customer.
