Entrei em contato com a loja pra informar o erro e ela simplesmente me falou que o erro foi da vendedora e que não podia fazer nada . Um absurdo e falta de respeito com o consumidor ! Perdeu uma cliente !
I went to the store bought 3 shoes a flat sandal a platform is a shoe where it was informed that the shoes would be with the promotional price of $; 149.00 but was billed for $ 179.00. I contacted the store to report the error and she simply told me that the error was from the seller and could not do anything. Nonsense and lack of respect for the consumer! Lost a customer!

I separated a product at Shopping Center Recife. I go there immediately as I only had a pair of the number. A store employee took the product. This is nonsense. Constance never again ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja é bem mais ampla que a do Shopping Riomar. Mais espaço, melhorando a iluminação e circulação, você não se sente claustrofóbico, como que as prateleiras fossem desabar sobre você.
The store is much larger than Shopping Riomar. More space, improving lighting and circulation, you don't feel claustrophobic, like the shelves are going to collapse on you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma bolsa e com 5 dias de uso começou a desbotar/descamar. Fui à loja,enviaram a bolsa à sede e depois de 25 dias devolveram alegando que foi mal uso !!!!! Tenho bolsas de mais de 8 anos e nunca passei ou "causei" estrago em nenhuma delas . O produto ,este sim, deve estar com qualidade questionável. Assim como a resposta da empresa foi totalmente equivocada.
I bought a bag and after 5 days of use it started to fade/flake off. I went to the store, they sent the bag to the head office and after 25 days they returned it alleging that it was misused !!!!! I have bags of more than 8 years and I have never passed or "caused" damage to any of them. The product, this one, must be of questionable quality. Just like the company's answer was totally wrong.
