I made a call now asking about tile prices ... I asked if there were Russian tiles the girl replied that she didn't ... then I asked if she had itabaiana she replied that she doesn't know ... poor service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento por telefone, já liguei 2x pra perguntar por alguns itens e quem atendeu foi grosseira nem deixa agente terminar de falar e já desligam na minha cara, trabalhei muitos anos com atendimento a clientes e vendas e nunca tratei nenhum assim seja pessoalmente ou tel. Hoje em dia tudo é muito corrido e no meu caso sempre ligo pra confirmar se tem o eu quero pra não perder tempo em ir vão e acho que é o caso de muita gente tb.
Terrible phone service, I've called twice to ask for some items and whoever answered was rude and doesn't even let the agent finish talking and they hang up on me, I've worked for many years with customer service and sales and I've never dealt with any like that, either in person or by phone. Nowadays everything is very rushed and in my case I always call to confirm if I have what I want so I don't waste time going in vain and I think that's the case for a lot of people too.
