O atendente Rafael me orientou uma cola conforme eu expliquei para ele, que gostaria de colar a base de plástico em uma parede… a cola que me enviaram diz no rótulo que não cola a base de plástico. Infelizmente não se atentam em solucionar o problema do cliente, me venderam por pix, não me mandaram a nota fiscal do produto e não me devolveram meu dinheiro! Tomem cuidado com essa loja.
I called the store to buy a glue to fix the base of a curtain to the wall. The attendant Rafael directed me a glue as I explained to him, that I would like to glue the plastic base to a wall… the glue they sent me says on the label that it does not glue the plastic base. Unfortunately, they don't try to solve the customer's problem, they sold me for pix, they didn't send me the invoice for the product and they didn't give me my money back! Be careful with this store.
