 Lousy service, of all employees, does not have one to pay. They do everything grudgingly and printing is as common as any other fast print shop. I will never come back !!

Impressão foi feita e cobrada, mas veio com TINTA ESCORRIDA, e a desculpa era a impressora e o papel, depois de outra vez, pedi impressão de TESTE em papeis DIFERENTES, entregaram 5 impressões no mesmo papel. em RESUMO, um LIXO, PÉSSIMO

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem uma funcionária que atende muito mal os clientes. Fui fazer uma simples impressão e fiquei aguardando quase 20 min. Ela simplesmente ficou formatando outras coisas no computador. E o pior quando chegou outros clientes ela foi atendê -los e me deixou aguardando . Ainda bem que apareceu outro funcionário e em uns 2 minutos fez a um impressão do arquivo que pedi.
There is an employee who catches very bad clients. I went to make a simple impression and was waiting almost 20 min. She simply formatted other things on the computer. And the worst when it came to other customers she was serving them and left me waiting. Good thing that another employee appeared and in 2 minutes made an impression of the file I ordered.

O que falar da funcionária Andréia? Extremamente Grossa. Me tratou com deboche, arrogância, grosseria e falta de profissionalismo... O motivo? Só porque eu pedi para ajustar o tom de preto na impressão para mais forte.
Espero que alguém esteja monitorando essas reclamações. Porque é surreal a grosseria deles.
