★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei 2 horas para fazer uma unha com esmaltação em gel e no final o resultado foi péssimo. A unha estava toda borrada, mal pintada e mal cutilada. Após eu reclamar do serviço com o gerente, exige a retirada do gel das minhas unhas. Foi feita a retirada, porém, o gerente ainda me cobrou, sendo que fique 3 horas na loja para sair insatisfeita e com minhas unhas fracas e doloridas, já que a manicure esfregou muito meus dedos para tentar limpar o gel que estava borrado. Perderam uma cliente e não indico para ninguém e sim contraindico.
2 hours to make a nail with glazing gel and end the result was bad. The nail was all blurry, badly painted and slash evil. After I complain about the service to the manager, requires the removal of the gel of my nails. the withdrawal, but was made, the manager still charged me, and stay three hours in the store to leave unsatisfied and with my weak nails and painful, as the manicure very rubbed my fingers to try to clean the gel that was blurred. They lost a customer and do not indicate to anyone but contraindico.
