★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento foi super rápido na hora de vir pegar o computador, levaram com suspeita de problema na fonte e placa de vídeo, após 2 dias disseram que tinha um problema no "regulador da pci" e que a placa estava em curto e a fonte queimada, disseram que só podiam dar um orçamento APÓS começar a mexer, eu perguntei se teria como dar uma margem pois eles poderiam dar qualquer valor após ter mexido e eu não teria o que fazer, o que eles me responderam foi que só seria dado orçamento depois e ponto final, demoraram mais 2 dias para devolver o computador. Quando o técnico veio trazer cobrou R$30,00 e paguei com R$50,00, ele disse que traria de volta os R$20,00 e não trouxe.
Se estiver pensando em levar pra conserto ou comprar peças, desejo boa sorte.
Service was super quick when coming to get the computer, they were suspected of having a problem with the power supply and video card, after 2 days they said they had a problem with the "pci regulator" and that the card was shorted and the power supply burned, they said they could only give a budget AFTER starting to move, I asked if I would be able to give a margin because they could give any amount after moving and I would have nothing to do, what they replied was that it would only be given a budget later and period, it took another 2 days to return the computer. When the technician came to bring him, he charged R$30.00 and I paid with R$50.00, he said he would bring back the R$20.00 and he didn't bring it.
