★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apos mais de dez anos cliente cosan atendido primeiramente pela carletti e posteriormente pela Sakamoto fui humilhado pelo representante de vcs Rivanildo Alves pelo simples fato de comprar os vossos produtos pelo outro canal de atendimento que vcs proprio criaram,o telemarketing mediante a humilhação que me fez passar diante de minha loja e a frente dos meus colaboradores estou pensando seriamente em abrir um processo judicial contra a empresa por danos morais e constrangimento legal pelo o vexame que o colaborador que vcs mandaram em meu estabelecimento me fez passar,depois do acontecido tenho me sentido deprimido e com a auto estima muito afetada.
After more than ten years, cosan customer first served by carletti and later by Sakamoto, I was humiliated by the representative of you Rivanildo Alves for the simple fact of buying your products through the other service channel that you created, telemarketing through the humiliation that made me pass in front of my store and in front of my employees, I am seriously considering opening a lawsuit against the company for moral damages and legal constraint due to the embarrassment that the employee you sent at my establishment put me through, after what happened I have been feeling depressed and with self-esteem very affected.
