Não mim comunicaram nada, se aproveitaram que dois adolescentes estavam na casa na hora da prestação de serviço deles e ao chegar em casa que fui inspecionar o serviço que vi a rede danificada. Entrei em contato para comunicar o fato, e deram a desculpa que a rede estava se espedaçando, sendo que não é verdade, como esta muito claro a falta de responsabilidade e profissionalismo em todos os argumentos deles, passaram a mim ignorar. Estou muito decepcionada com a prestação da empresa, não a recomendo a ninguém, pois não quero que pais de família corram o risco de perder seus filhos em um acidente, por falta de responsabilidade da CRIAR REFRIGERAÇÃO, danificando uma REDE DE PROTEÇÃO e SAINDO DO LOCAL SEM COMUNICAR o FATO.

I am very disappointed with the performance of the company, I do not recommend it to anyone, as I do not want parents to run the risk of losing their children in an accident, due to the lack of responsibility of CREATING REFRIGERATION, damaging a PROTECTION NETWORK and LEAVING THE LOCATION WITHOUT COMMUNICATING THE FACT.
