Paguei por minha viagem, cancelaram devido a pandemia e até agora não recebi nada. Não sei a quem recorrer. A CVC merece ser processada. Vou procurar meus direitos e nunca mais entro numa loja da CVC. A equipe de funcionários desta loja CVC shopping Manaíra não tem nenhuma consideração com seus clientes. For almost 2 years I've been trying to get my refund that I'm entitled to by law. The manager Kleber doesn't even answer me anymore. It's very neglect. I paid for my trip, they canceled it due to the pandemic and so far I haven't received anything. I don't know who to turn to. CVC deserves to be sued. I will look for my rights and I will never enter a CVC store again. The staff of this CVC shopping Manaíra store has no consideration for its customers. Alert to All "LET'S BOYCOTT CVC"!!!
