★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vi pelos comentários que não é só eu que fiquei decepcionado .Atendimento da loja é ótimo,mas o produto um lixo .não durou 3 meses a firmeza do colchão. Não recomendo a ninguém.
I saw from the comments that it's not just me who was disappointed. The store's service is great, but the product is rubbish. The mattress's firmness didn't last 3 months. I don't recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atendimento e cumpriram o prometido. Entregaram o colchão na data combinada. Estava com medo por causa de alguns comentários negativos. Mas até agora não tive nenhum problema no atendimento e o colchão atendeu as expectativas.
Excellent service and fulfilled the promised. They delivered the mattress on the combined date. I was scared because of some negative comments. But so far I have had no problem with the service and the mattress met expectations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior experiência que um consumidor pode ter. Além de não entregarem meu produto, que paguei a vista, a empresa está relutante em devolver meu dinheiro. O próprio vendedor usou a seguinte frase: "Se você quer seu dinheiro de volta é melhor entrar na justiça, fia".
Worst experience a consumer can have. Besides not deliver my product, I paid the view, the company is reluctant to return my money. The seller himself used the following sentence: "If you want your money back is better to justice, fia".

Poor quality, sinks where it sleeps with 2 years of use. At 5 years old you either change or hire an orthopedist. Remembering that I didn't buy the cheapest one!

Me passaram prazo para dia 23...nao entregaram...depois 30...nao entregaram...agora era para entregar hoje...dia 4/7 não vão entregar....ficou para sexta 7/7 ...ja liguei na fábrica...falei com vendedor do shopping....uma dor de cabeça...
Se não tiverem a pronta entrega, não recomendo.
Hoje dia 7/7 chegou colchão. Mas a cabeceira não veio. Mais um problema...
Prometeram para terça feira. Duvido. Mas .....
Very good service. But I bought the mattress on diab10 / 6. They gave me a deadline for the 23rd ... they did not deliver ... then 30 ... they did not deliver ... now it was to deliver today ... the 4/7 will not deliver .... it was for Friday 7/7. ..ja called at the factory ... talked to the mall's salesman .... a headache ...
If you don't have prompt delivery, I don't recommend it.
Today 7/7 mattress arrived. But the headboard did not come. One more problem ...
They promised for Tuesday. I doubt it. But .....
