★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa tarde, ao estacionar uma MOTO de madrugada as 4h, o manobrista disse que iroa colocar a moto em local coberto, ao pegar a moto as 16h estava em local descoberto.
O valor da moto e carro sao iguais, pq colocar a moto em local descoberto, sendo que o carro fica no coberto. Qual a logica disse ressalto que a moto fuca mais vulnerável ao tempo.
E o segundo ponto o manobrista mentiu onde iria colocar...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ruim minha experiência , fui a noite no hospital e estacionei o carro na d&d, pedi para levar a chave e o manobrista disse que poderia levar, hj de manhã fui estacionar, pedi pra lrvar a chaves o manobrista disse que era psa eu ir no estacionamento mais a frente, detalhe, estava fechado disse que nao tinha vaga, havia 4 vagas, encostadas na parede, o que nao justificava eu deixar as chaves, pra que ele queria ficar com as chaves???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prezado hoje a experiência péssima neste estacionamento, passei 3 minutos do meu horário e queriam me cobra R$ 10,00 da minha moto, informei ao atendente sobre o abuso no valor. Em seguida chegou o Gerente totalmente despreparado, mal educado, arrogante e abusivo. Me ameaçou dizendo que eu poderia pagar depois mas ficaria muitos caro, relatou sobre meus valores que eu gosto de coisas erradas. Ameaçou seu subordinado dizendo que iria advertir quando fosse cliente igual eu, não esperou o rapaz explicar. Induziu os demais a ele ser certo. Por isso estou abrindo um chamado junto a empresa e a parte jurídica não por conta de R$10,00 e sim a falta de preparo com o clientes, e a falta de empatia, de humanismo e profissionalismo. Sem Mais Camila.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendente no caixa te atendente como estivesse te fazendo um favor. Você paga e a pessoa logo fala “a chave está no pára-brisa”. Por mim ok, mas se alguém vai retirar o carro e risca o seu, ou abre a porta com tudo e bate no seu, você ainda ficará com o prejuízo, não tenha dúvidas.
Outra crítica: Não aceita cartão de crédito.
Clerk at the cashier I'll serve you like I'm doing you a favor. You pay and the person immediately says “the key is in the windshield”. That's ok for me, but if someone is going to remove the car and scratch yours, or open the door with everything and knock on yours, you will still have the loss, don't have any doubts.
Another criticism: They don't accept credit cards.
