Atendimento de baixa qualidade, negam teste (volta) com veículo sob pretexto de que os veículos da loja, não tem seguro de pátio.
Quanto ao veículo que buscava adquirir, não correspondia com as informações anunciadas.
Sem falar na avaliação que fazem de seu veículo, como se fossem profundos conhecedores do mercado de usados, oferendo preços extorsivos para negociação.
Não sabem que existe sites especializados que oferecem informações ao consumidor, pelo que recomendo WebMotors que tem o preço FIPE, ICarros e UsadosBR que tem preço médio, e KBB que tem preço de compra e venda para lojista e particular, além do preço de troca.
Meu objetivo com este comentário não é difamar nem desmerecer a loja, simplesmente de reivindicar respeito e direitos como consumidor.
Fica meu registro de insatisfação.

They do not know that there are specialized sites that offer information to the consumer, so I recommend WebMotors that have the FIPE price, ICarros and UsadosBR that have an average price, and KBB that have a buy and sell price for retailers and individuals, in addition to the exchange price.
My goal with this comment is not to defame or disparage the store, simply to claim respect and rights as a consumer.
My record of dissatisfaction remains.
