A primeira guitarra da marca Freixedelo Custom foi finalizada em 2010, dando início a uma linha de instrumentos únicos e com personalidade. Seis anos depois, os luthiers Diego Freixedelo e Tunico D’Andretta se tornaram sócios e decidiram manter as duas marcas, porém com focos diferentes: a Dandretta dá nome à luthieria e representa todos os serviços de manutenção, customização e conserto, enquanto a Freixedelo Custom é voltada para construções de modelos originais e clássicos. Com essas duas marcas, oferecemos serviços completos tanto para quem quer manter a qualidade do seu instrumento quanto para quem deseja ter seu próprio modelo de guitarra ou baixo. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acho que fazem bem o trabalho, mas o atendimento é ruim. Não sabem quando o instrumento vai ficar pronto, aí te falam um dia e vão te entregar duas semanas depois.
 I think they do the job well, but the service is poor. They don't know when the instrument will be ready, then they'll tell you one day and they'll deliver it to you two weeks later.

O serviço de regulagem completa, com retifica de trastes realizado na minha Fender ficou impecável, melhor do que todos os anteriores que foram feitos em luthierias de renome nacional e que cobram muito mais caro. Recomendo muito a D'Andretta Luthieria!
It is a serious company with competent and committed employees.
The complete adjustment service, with fret grinding performed on my Fender was impeccable, better than all the previous ones that were made in nationally renowned luthieries and that charge much more. I highly recommend D'Andretta Luthieria!

Great service and a very cozy and pleasant place. The attendant is super attentive and knowledgeable, answers all questions and explains a lot about the procedures. It always indicates the best option for the customer, even if it is not the most profitable option for them. Anyway, I highly recommend the place and the service!

No início do ano, levei meu violão para trocar o rastilho e ajustar o tensor, acabou que não trocaram meu rastilho, mantiveram o antigo no violão mas, curiosamente, solucionou o problema do trastejo, mas depois de algum tempo, voltou o mesmo problema, acho que porque a solução acabou sendo temporária já que houve esse erro de não trocar o rastilho, por parte deles. Então levei o violão lá novamente, eles admitiram que erraram nisso, fizeram um novo rastilho para mim, na hora, e agora o violão está perfeito.
Great store and great service.
At the beginning of the year, I took my guitar to change the saddle and adjust the tensioner, they ended up not changing my saddle, they kept the old one on the guitar but, curiously, it solved the fret problem, but after some time, the same problem came back, I think because the solution ended up being temporary since there was this error of not changing the fuse, by them. So I took the guitar there again, they admitted they got it wrong, they made a new fuse for me on the spot, and now the guitar is perfect.
