Fui hoje nesse pet shop para tosar meu cachorro e um moço me atendeu e disse que teria um horário as 15:00.
Pois o mesmo dias de que me mandaria uma mensagem Boa whatts,aguardei e ninguém entrou em contato ;liguei e a moça disse que ele esqueceu.
Não indico para ninguém está serviço de vcs .

Minhas cachorras ganhavam beijos ao longo do banho, vcs já viram isso?! Tem como não se apaixonar por esse pet? The best pet shop without a doubt! They have true love when treating each pet that is there for their bath and grooming. Dani and the whole team are incredible. My dogs got kisses over the bath, have you seen that ?! Can you not fall in love with this pet? Without a doubt here in the Osasco region it is the best place, full of love and peace for our pets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local péssimo, levei minha shih-tzu para tosa e quando fui buscá-la percebi que ela estava com muito medo. Ao chegar em casa ela passou o resto do dia muito amuada e quando tentávamos interagir com ela, ela se comportava extremamente agressiva comigo e minha esposa, não sabíamos o porquê, achávamos que era estresse de ter ficado lá. Mas no outro dia começamos a notar diversas vezes ela chorando e mancando cada hora em uma pata. Tentamos olhar ela quase arrancou minha mão, estava com muita dor. Depois de muito custo vi que ela está com machucado na unhas dos dedos nas duas patas, não consigo sequer olhar direito e cuidar, porque ela sente dor e fica agressiva. E isso foi culpa do petshop, na hora de cortar as unhas. Agora a cachorra nem brinca porque toda vez que pula ou corre, acaba esbarrando na pata e grita de tanta dor. Chora toda hora, não para de lamber a pata desde que chegou e não consigo nem pegar ela no colo, está arisca e com dor. Estou dando dipirona duas vezes ao dia, e dizer que nunca mais na minha vida levo ela neste lugar. Fora que os problemas já começaram na recepção com o rapaz que fica lá, queríamos uma tosa superficial e ele insistia em fazer do jeito deles, nisso já nos deixou descontentes. Um profissional jamais cortaria a unha no talo machucando o animal, um absurdo isso, com certeza sangrou e sequer avisaram o que houve na hora de buscar, para que soubéssemos antes o que estava acontecendo e medicar ela para amenizar a dor...
Terrible place, I took my shih-tzu to be groomed and when I went to pick her up I realized she was very scared. When we got home she spent the rest of the day very grumpy and when we tried to interact with her, she was extremely aggressive with me and my wife, we didn't know why, we thought it was the stress of having stayed there. But the other day we started to notice several times she was crying and limping every hour on one paw. We tried to look she almost ripped my hand off, she was in a lot of pain. After a lot of effort I saw that she has a bruise on her fingernails on both paws, I can't even look properly and take care of her, because she feels pain and gets aggressive. And that was the petshop's fault, when it came time to cut the nails. Now the dog doesn't even play because every time she jumps or runs, she ends up bumping into her paw and screaming in pain. She cries all the time, she hasn't stopped licking her paw since she arrived and I can't even hold her, she's skittish and in pain. I'm giving her dipyrone twice a day, and to say that I'll never take her to this place again in my life. Apart from that the problems already started at the reception with the guy who stays there, we wanted a superficial grooming and he insisted on doing it their way, that already made us unhappy. A professional would never cut the nail on the stalk hurting the animal, this is absurd, it certainly bled and they didn't even warn what happened when looking for it, so that we would know before what was happening and medicate it to ease the pain...
