Antes de acontecer a instalação o instalador veio até a minha residência e avaliou o contra piso (que foi feito com a orientação da empresa) e me informou que estava perfeitamente da maneira que era necessário, fizemos a instalação em dezembro de 2019 E NAO HA 4 ANOS COMO FOI COMENTADO ABAIXO, POSSO ANEXAR A NOTA DA COMPRA, já acionei a equipe 2X para decolar o rodope porém ele ainda segue descolando.
INDICO A EMPRESA PARA COMPRA MAS NAO INDICO PARA INSTALAÇÃO!
Sempre que precisei resolver qualquer situação a empresa me pede para resolver com o instalador que é prestador de serviço, tirando seu time de canto!
Comprei o piso e a instalação com a mepresa então não tenho que ir atrás de nenhum instalador e sim resolver com quem comprei!
The service was delivered on time but the quality leaves something to be desired!
Before the installation took place, the installer came to my residence and evaluated the subfloor (which was made with the company's guidance) and informed me that it was perfectly in the way it was needed, we did the installation in December 2019 AND NO HA 4 YEARS AS COMMENT BELOW, I CAN ATTACH THE PURCHASE NOTE, I have already activated the 2X team to take off the tumbler but it is still taking off.
I RECOMMEND THE COMPANY FOR PURCHASE BUT I DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR INSTALLATION!
Whenever I needed to solve any situation, the company asks me to solve it with the installer who is a service provider, taking away his corner team!
I bought the flooring and installation with mepresa so I don't have to go after any installer, but decide with who I bought it from!
