A telefonista não se identifica e quando se pergunta o nome, por educação, ela é ríspida e transfere a ligação sem passar a informação solicitada.
O responsável em passar a informação não sabe informar prazo, pois segundo ela, não trabalha com prazos e tem que ficar no aguardo.
Ao ligar na escolinha para pedir informação, eles repassam a bucha para a prefeitura e um fica jogando a bola para o outro e nada se resolve.
Bad phone service.
The operator does not identify herself and when asked for her name, out of politeness, she is harsh and transfers the call without providing the requested information.
The person responsible for passing on the information does not know how to inform the deadline, because according to her, she does not work with deadlines and has to wait.
When calling the school to ask for information, they pass the loofah to the city hall and one keeps throwing the ball to the other and nothing is resolved.
