★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gosto muito da loja. Sempre tem de tudo que preciso, muito bem localizada. Funcionários prestativos e atenciosos. Não é muito grande, mas bem suprida. Os preços são muito bons, dos melhores na região. Também parcelam, dependendo do valor da compra, o que ajuda bastante. Diferente de outras grandes lojas na região que só acima de valores elevados, aqui vc consegue parcelar mesmo compras pequenas.
I really like the store. Always have everything I need, very well located. Helpful and attentive staff. Not very big, but well supplied. Prices are very good, the best in the region. They also pay in installments, depending on the purchase price, which helps a lot. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo a começar pelo segurança que já fiz uma reclamação, em que, quando eu entro no depósito ele fica seguindo, atendentes acha que estou pedindo um favor, creio que os proprietários precisam ficar atentos com esse atendimento, pois até o gerente que fica do lado esquerdo sentado, te atende com uma péssima qualidade. Infelizmente ainda temos pessoas assim.
Obs já efetuei uma reclamação pessoal, estou efetuando outra por intermédio de terceiros (Google), já comprei mais de 10 mil reais nesse depósito, tenho todas as notas e horários em que fui e todas as vezes me senti como se estivesse pedindo um favor. Espero que os Diretores dessa empresa saibam que esse tipo de situação possa nos levar a um patamar mais acima.
Terrible service, starting with the security guard, who already made a complaint, in which, when I enter the warehouse, he keeps following, the attendants think I'm asking for a favor, I believe the owners need to be aware of this service, because even the manager who stays with the left side seated, serves you with a terrible quality. Unfortunately we still have people like that.
Note I've already made a personal complaint, I'm making another one through a third party (Google), I've already bought more than 10 thousand reais in this deposit, I have all the notes and times I went and every time I felt like I was asking for a favor. I hope that the Directors of this company know that this type of situation can take us to a higher level.
