Chamei a KM para um orçamento. Alem da limpeza das caixas, troquei uma que estava muito velha e ruim, de um material que nao pode mais ser usado. Serviço limpo, rapido e honesto.

Estávamos com com um problema de represamento da água da chuva, que depois evoluiu para um retorno de esgoto. Ainda por telefone no atendimento por WhatsApp o pessoal da km já deu uma ideia do que poderia ser, incluindo uma estimativa de valores, nos ofereceram uma visita gratuita para orçamento. Antes da visita, eles nos enviaram a identificação com foto dos prestadores que compareceriam ao imóvel, bem como atestado de antecedentes criminais e comprovante de vacina anti Covid-19.
Na data combinada a equipe compareceu na residência, passaram a tarde e início da noite para resolver o problema, foi uma batalha, mas felizmente conseguiram desobstruir o esgoto. Como a caixa de esgoto estava escondida foi necessário realizar uma ação de abertura, a equipe retornou na residência em outro dia para instalar uma nova tampa para caixa de esgoto. Consideramos o preço cobrado justo e chamaríamos eles novamente com certeza!

Before the visit, they sent us the photo identification of the providers who would attend the property, as well as a criminal record certificate and proof of vaccine against Covid-19.
On the agreed date, the team arrived at the residence, spent the afternoon and early evening to solve the problem, it was a battle, but luckily they managed to unclog the sewer. As the sewage box was hidden, it was necessary to carry out an opening action, the team returned to the residence on another day to install a new cover for the sewage box. We consider the price charged fair and we would call them again for sure!
