Muito eficaz no serviço.(Infelizmente temos que pagar um serviço com despachante, tentei umas 6 vezes fazer a transferência pelo site do Detran e sempre foi indeferido, e com os mesmos documentos passei para o despachante que conseguiram resolver).
 It solved the vehicle transfer I needed. Very effective in the service. (Unfortunately we have to pay for a service with a dispatcher, I tried 6 times to make the transfer through the Detran website and it was always rejected, and with the same documents I passed it to the dispatcher that they managed to resolve).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento horrível! Totalmente desrespeitosos e despreparados com o cliente! O despachante é pra facilitar e adiantar o lado do cliente, mas eles não estão nem ai. Não conseguem nem enviar um código de pagamento, e fazem o cliente correr atrás.
Não recomendo o trabalho deles e com certeza não volto nesse despachante!
Horrible service! Totally disrespectful and unprepared with the customer! The dispatcher is there to facilitate and advance the client's side, but they don't care. They can't even send a payment code, and they make the customer run after it.
I do not recommend their work and I will definitely not go back to this dispatcher!
