Contratei estes para as transferências de 2 veículos (1 carro e 1 moto) na promessa de q quando eu fosse vendê-los algum dia, o despachante imprimiria o recibo de compra e venda sem custo, ja q tive os custos das 2 transferências. Bom, precisei vender a moto, fui a este despachante, e lá fui informado q a impressão do recibo de compra e venda, seria cobrado 50 reais. Mesmo eu os lembrando do q me foi prometido, de nada adiantou.
I do not recommend! I hired these for the transfers of 2 vehicles (1 car and 1 motorcycle) with the promise that when I was going to sell them someday, the broker would print the sales receipt free of charge, since I had the costs of the 2 transfers. Well, I had to sell the motorcycle, I went to this agent, and there I was informed that the print of the sales receipt would be charged 50 reais. Even though I reminded them of what was promised to me, it didn't help.
