★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local onde os carros são emplacados fica sem proteção do sol, o atendimento ainda não é o ideal para um departamento que é tao usado pela população, acho tben que os recursos obtidos com esses serviços são muito grande, por isso deveria ter uma estrutura melhor para recepcionar os usuários.

Lousy service Lousy employees with ill will they think we have a muggle face for some they attend without having to schedule and others have to schedule I think there should be an inspection because lazy lousy employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já fui melhor atendido no detran...da última vez o atendimento deixou a desejar, desde os atendentes que atendem com pouco caso como se fosse obrigação... Fui fazer uma documentação o funcionário que já é antigo que me atendeu não sabia mexer no sistema... Demorou 30 minutos para resolver mesmo com a ajuda de um colega...não conseguia finalizar, mau humorado, ...precisam de mais treinamento e principalmente capacitação.. sei que vou precisar novamente do serviço desta empresa e espero que da próxima vez eu me surpreenda! Empatia, sabe o que significa?...Se colocar no lugar do outro...isso muda muita coisa....tenho dito! Obrigado!
