★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui fazer um exame pediram para chegar com 10 min de antecedência, estava marcado para o 12:00. Começaram a fazer a imagem apenas as 16:00 e terminou o atendimento as 20:00h. Parece que não controlam a agenda, tinha muita gente. Um senhor entrou as 10 da manha eu sai ele ainda estava lá, muito complicado.
I went to take an exam and asked to arrive 10 minutes in advance, it was scheduled for 12:00. They started taking the image only at 4:00 pm and ended the service at 8:00 pm. It seems they don't control the schedule, there were a lot of people. A man came in at 10 am I left he was still there, very complicated.

Manobrista colocou nosso carro no estacionamento, que ficou durante minha permanência na clinica, as recepcionistas foram ágeis em abrir a ficha, as profissionais que me levaram para a sala de medicação pré-exame foram super gentis e o exame em sí foi super tranquilo. Destaque também para a sala do exame, muito bem aparelhada com um Tomógrafo super moderno. Minha experiência foi ótima. Super recomendo.
I performed an Oncological PET exam on 04/12. I was very well received. Valet put our car in the parking lot, which was during my stay at the clinic, the receptionists were quick to open the form, the professionals who took me to the pre-exam medication room were super kind and the exam itself was super smooth. Also noteworthy is the exam room, very well equipped with a super modern CT scanner. My experience was great. I highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui hoje na data de 15.03.22 pra fazer cintilografia da tireóide e quando fui fazer a ficha pro meu exame as 8:30 da manhã fui informado que meu exame não tinha sido agendado pois eu não tinha confirmado,sendo que eu tinha confirmado, mandamos mensagem pra eles num dia eles só responde no dia seguinte,perdi meu tempo ainda !Pesso ao setor um pouco de atenção pois vocês estão lidando com vidas !!!
I went today on 03.15.22 to do thyroid scintigraphy and when I went to do the form for my exam at 8:30 in the morning I was informed that my exam had not been scheduled because I had not confirmed it, since I had confirmed it, we sent it message to them one day they only respond the next day, I wasted my time! I ask the sector for a little attention because you are dealing with lives!!!
