★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O condomínio fica em um lugar maravilhoso, com muito verde. Próximo à Vila, onde estão hotéis e pousadas, com estrutura para diversão e pequenas compras. O próprio condomínio possui sua estrutura de lazer, como academia, quadras de futebol e poliesportiva, sendo bastante tranquilo para, também, andar de bicicleta sem perigo. Fica próximo a praia, com passagem própria dentro do condomínio, apesar das casas possuírem piscina. Possui infraestrutura interna de serviços de manutenção para consertos, limpeza e manutencao das piscinas, coleta de lixo, segurança.
Um lugar fantástico para se passar muitos bons momentos.
The condominium is in a wonderful place, with lots of green. Next to the village, where hotels and inns are located, with infrastructure for entertainment and small shopping. The condominium itself has its own leisure structure, such as a gym, football and multi-sports courts, being very quiet for cycling without danger. It is close to the beach, with its own passage inside the condominium, despite the houses having a swimming pool. It has an internal infrastructure for maintenance services for repairs, cleaning and maintenance of swimming pools, garbage collection, security.
A fantastic place to spend a lot of good times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condomínio tem boa estrutura e as casas são de alto padrão. Pode-se fazer uso da praça e parte da estrutura (paga a parte) do resort. Na verão sofre com falta de energia em períodos chuvosos e pra qualquer coisa básica é preciso se deslocar bastante de carro. Se procura um local pra descansar e se isolar é ótima opção.
Condo has good structure and the houses are of a high standard. You can make use of the square and part of the structure (pay part) of the resort. In summer it suffers from power outages in rainy periods and for anything basic you need to travel a lot by car. If you are looking for a place to rest and isolate yourself is a great option.
