★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa tarde infelizmente após, tentativas frustradas,de trocar uma calça que comprei na unidade da marca Dourinhos do shopping internacional Guarulhos,onde a gerente da loja senhora Márcia se recusou a efetuar a troca do produto que comprei dia 1/11/2021 venho aqui deixar meu total descontentamento,com está empresa e sua gestora, a mesma não resolveu o problema, hoje, novamente retornei a loja a gerente, estava de folga,a atendente que estava responsável pela loja disse que não poderia resolver meu problema,me pediu para retornar em outro dia disse a mesma que não retorno maís
