Procurei ajuda em várias lugares, quando liguei nesse estabelecimento fui atendido pelo Diego que foi muito atencioso e se dispôs em ir me socorrer quase as 23 horas. Inclusive disposto a levar uma bateria nova se necessário. Como o veículo estava a duas quadras de um hotel e já estava tarde da noite, resolvi que ligaria novamente pela manhã. Na manhã seguinte fui atendido pelo Diego que em poucos minutos identificou o problema, e apresentou as possibilidades para contornar e solucionar o concerto. Ele correu atrás de tudo na tentativa inclusive gastasse somente o necessário. Parabéns pelo profissional que você foi, transparecia e honestidade é tudo que precisamos para um país melhor. Sem dúvida nenhuma espero encontrar mais pessoas como você. Um grande abraço e não poderia deixar de registrar isso de alguma forma.
I was traveling with my family towards Bahia, when passing through salinas my automobile presented electrical outage late at night
I sought help in various places, when I called this establishment I was answered by Diego who was very attentive and willing to go to help me at almost 23 hours. Even willing to take a new battery if necessary. Since the vehicle was two blocks from a hotel and it was already late at night, I decided to call again in the morning. The next morning I was attended by Diego who within minutes identified the problem, and presented the possibilities to circumvent and solve the concert. He ran after everything in the attempt including spending only the necessary. Congratulations on the professional you were, transparency and honesty are all we need for a better country. Without a doubt I hope to find more people like you. A big hug and could not fail to register this in any way.
