Excellent service, polite staff and are to be congratulated for not allowing anyone to enter the unit's facilities without a mask thus preserving the health of employees and customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A farmacia e os funcionarios sao bons,educados e em geral, praticam otimos precos. O delivery,da unidade Itaipava, é um caso à parte, péssimo!! Hoje comecei a falar com o numero de delivery as 11h01 e ate as 16h30, nao consegui saber se eles tinham os medicamentos e se iriam entregar.
The pharmacy and employees are good, polite and in general, they practice great prices. The delivery, from the Itaipava unit, is a separate case, terrible !! Today I started talking to the delivery number at 11:01 am and until 4:30 pm, I couldn't tell if they had the drugs and if they were going to deliver.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. As atendentes ficam brincando e não dão atenção. Mostrei a receita médica e nem pegaram para ver o remédio, simplesmente falaram q estavam fazendo teste do covid. Sendo q tinha 3 no balcăo para atender e ninguem estava ocupado. Nunca mais volto. A farmácia do Altair é bem melhor o atendimento
Terrible attendance. The attendants are joking and pay no attention. I showed the prescription and they didn't even take it to see the medicine, they simply said they were doing the covid test. Since there were 3 at the counter to answer and no one was busy. I never come back. Altair's pharmacy is much better service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Embora em um primeiro momento tenha achado o atendimento estranho, como já relatado em alguns comentários aqui, a Farmacêutica Ana Luísa foi muito atenciosa e merece ser elogiada. Foi gentil na realização do teste do covid com as devidas precauções e orientações.
Além do mais, a drogaria oferece muitos produtos e é uma boa opção em Itaipava.
