★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço. Além de ter pego um pouco acima da média das concorrentes as peças voltaram com manchas básicas que são facilmente tiradas (exemplo; um vestido voltou cheio de barro na barra tive que lavar de novo).
 Poor service. In addition to picking up slightly above the competitors' average the pieces came back with basic stains that are easily peeled off (example; a dress returned full of mud on the bar had to wash again).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de relatar que deixei minhas roupas na segunda e a previsão era na quinta às 15:00 hs. Conforme o combinado, compareci no horário pré estabelecido e não estava pronto. Os funcionários começaram a brigar um com o outro pq não queriam passar a roupa, para ajudar disse que não precisava passar na correria e que voltaria sem problemas no dia seguinte. E no dia seguinte, claro, não estava pronto e tive que esperar para passar onde me atrasou para trabalhar (novamente). Com certeza, perderam uma cliente, e continuando assim, perderam outros.
