★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento dessa empresa é muito ruim...atrasaram o pedido não deram satisfação nhenhuma, ligo na fabrica e o pessoal me fala que vai me dar uma posição em 15 dias...uma posição?
depois falaram que ia entregar no dia tal e não entregaram...entregaram 3 dias depois...
ai o montador vai montar e mandaram o armario sem os pés, depois o montador fala que esta faltando peça e sai para ir buscar e não volta não da satisfação....como falta peça de um movel planejado....atendimento pessimo um descaso total com o cliente.
Service from this company is very bad ... they delayed the order, they gave no satisfaction, I call the factory and the staff tell me that they will give me a position in 15 days ... a position?
then they said it was going to be delivered on that day and they didn't deliver ... they delivered 3 days later ...
then the assembler will assemble and they sent the cabinet without their feet, then the assembler says that the piece is missing and goes out to fetch it and does not return from satisfaction .... as a piece of a planned furniture is missing .... poor service one total neglect with the customer.

Agradeço também ao Mustafa por "segurar" a nossa compra mesmo com todo o tempo passado; a vendedora Vânia (uma fofa) por todo o carinho com a gente do início ao fim e aos instaladores (Paulo e Leonardo) pelo ótimo trabalho. Irei indicá-los pra que eu puder.
I just have to thank the Kizaemon store for completing my project and saying that it turned out better than I imagined! Thanks also to Mustafa for "holding" our purchase even with all the time passed; the seller Vânia (a cute one) for all her affection with us from start to finish and the installers (Paulo and Leonardo) for the great work.
