Belo, bem estruturado, bem decorado.
A entrada é ótima, oferece segurança e comodidade. Hall e elevadores tem ótimo espaço para interação e convivência.
Os apartamentos tem ótimo espaço interno e a planta é ótima. Minha única critica é que o lavabo fica no corredor dos quartos, e em minha opinião deveria ter acesso direto na sala.
Nunca ouvi reclamações dos moradores do prédio.

Beautiful, well structured, well decorated.
The entrance is great, offers security and convenience. Hall and lifts have great space for interaction and coexistence.
The apartments have great interior space and the floor plan is great. My only criticism is that the toilet is in the hallway of the rooms, and in my opinion should have direct access into the room.
I never heard complaints from the residents of the building.
