★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive um problema com a tela de meu Notebook Samsung Ative Book 2 , Apresentou Tela branca, levei na assitencia tecnica de costume onde sou cliente a 10 anos, resultado abaixo:
1º Orçamento = Perda total, placa mãe queimada(?)
2º Orçamento = Tela Led Queimada (?) troca da Tela Led 15,6 Polegadas R$ 520,00
3º Orçamento = Tela Led Queimada (?) Troca da Tela Led 15.6 polegadas R$ 680,00
4º Orçamento = EIT INFORMATICA = Orçamento : Reparo no Placa de Video R$ 190,00
CONCLUSÃO: NÃO CONSIDERE SEU PRIMEIRO ORÇAMENTO COMO REAL, SEMPRE QUESTIONE E LEVE EM OUTROS PROFISSIONAIS.
RECOMENDO A EITI INFORMATICA, SÉRIOS E COMPROMETIDOS COM A PRESTAÇÃO DE SERVIÇOS AO CLIENTE.

I had a problem with the screen of my notebook Samsung Active Book 2, presented white screen, took the usual technical assistance where I am a client for 10 years, result below:
1st Budget = Total Loss, Burnt Motherboard (?)
2nd Budget = Burned Led Screen (?) Led Screen replacement 15.6 Inches R $ 520.00
3rd Budget = Burned Led Screen (?) Change of Led Screen 15.6 inches R $ 680,00
4th Budget = EIT INFORMATICA = Budget: Video Card Repair R $ 190,00
CONCLUSION: DO NOT CONSIDER YOUR FIRST BUDGET AS REAL, ALWAYS QUESTION AND LIGHT ON OTHER PROFESSIONALS.
I RECOMMEND EITI INFORMATICA, SERIOUS AND COMMITTED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu IPad que estava sem funcionar o touch para arrumar, passei no sábado e falaram que ficaria 200 reais para arrumar, fui na segunda feira e falaram que o touch completo seria de 230 reais, depois de arrumado o botão Home não funciona, e o wi fi também não, no outro dia fui lá e o moço já sabia (mas ficou quieto e não falou nada quando eu busquei), ele falou que tinha cola na antena do wi fi e que pra arrumar ficaria mais 190 reais, arrumei o touch e fiquei sem wi fi, se na hora que abriram para trocar o touch me avisasse que o wi fi estava danificado eu não teria nem trocado

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Troquei a tela do meu S3, de primeira linha não tem nada, mas depois de trocada, não questionei, antes do término da garantia voltei à loja e a garota me disse que era problema de software e não da tela, pra eu fazer reset de fábrica (fiz mesmo sabendo q não adiantaria como ocorreu). Durou só dois meses e agora a tela fica piscando, com manchas da imagem anterior, 300 reais por dois meses de uso, jogados no lixo. Péssimo serviço, sem qualidade.
I changed the screen of my S3, the first line has nothing, but after it was changed, I didn't question it, before the end of the warranty I went back to the store and the girl told me it was a software problem and not the screen, so I could reset the factory (I did it even though I knew it wouldn't do as well). It only lasted two months and now the screen is blinking, with spots from the previous image, 300 reais for two months of use, thrown in the trash. Poor service, no quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ liguei cotando um cooler de processador intel 1155 e o atendente pediu pra eu levar meu computador até a loja pra saber se o dele aplicava! um absurdo, sendo uma peça tão simples que uma simples foto pelo zap resolveria a dúvida! o mesmo ainda se recusou a me mandar foto do modelo q tinha em mãos, pelo visto nao foi com minha cara ou nao estava afim de vender
