★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adquiri uma agulha para toca-discos DAT-3 neste estabelecimento comercial. Ao utilizá-la em casa a agulha se revelou tosca, de péssima qualidade, deslizou sobre o vinil. Observando melhor a agulha a sua ponta me parecia um "prego". Tenho toca-disco Garrard há quarenta anos e nunca tive aborrecimentos com agulhas, nunca vi isto acontecer. Levei até o estabelecimento, expliquei o problema, a proprietária ou gerente alegou que provavelmente a falha era de regulagem de peso (ou seja, minha). Pedi para desfazer o negócio, ela concordou em apenas substituir a agulha por outra do mesmo fabricante. Só de observar com mais atenção constatei que não haveria solução satisfatória. Coloquei a nova agulha, e mesmo com cinco gramas de peso (um absurdo) a agulha se revelou instável e produziu um áudio ruim. Não é minha intenção ir lá novamente e trocar por uma terceira agulha da mesma natureza. O comerciante não é culpado da má qualidade dos produtos fornecidos pela indústria, mas neste caso específico penso que deixar o cliente frustrado (ainda mais por um produto de pequeno valor) não é a melhor política. Vou ter que procurar o mesmo produto em outro estabelecimento.
I got a DAT-3 turntable needle at this store. When used at home the needle proved to be rough, of poor quality, slid on the vinyl. Looking at the needle better, its tip seemed like a "nail." I've been playing Garrard for 40 years and I've never had any hassles with needles, I've never seen this happen. I took it to the establishment, explained the problem, the owner or manager claimed that probably the fault was of weight regulation (ie mine). I asked to undo the deal, she agreed to just replace the needle with another one from the same manufacturer. Just to observe more closely, I realized that there would be no satisfactory solution. I put the new needle, and even with five grams of weight (an absurd) the needle proved unstable and produced a bad audio. It is not my intention to go there again and exchange for a third needle of the same nature. The merchant is not to blame for the poor quality of the products provided by the industry, but in this particular case I think that leaving the customer frustrated (even more for a small value product) is not the best policy. I'll have to look for the same product at another establishment.

My experience has always been wonderful. The service is excellent, everything I need in terms of sound, equipment, meeting it. It is super worth taking a walk and checking it without counting the prices, it fits in your pocket.

I contacted WhatsApp and bought a keyboard font that I had trouble finding around but they had. I made a pix and then searched the store. Very considerate.
