★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Até um tempo atrás era 5 estrelas, mas agora, que precisei entrar em contato por e-mail, as estrelas caíram bastante. Simplesmente elas não lêem o e-mail de jeito nenhum. Mandei uma foto para enquadrar na sexta, mandei mensagem no sábado, no domingo, e quando cheguei lá na segunda a tarde, elas nem sabiam do meu quadro, não tinham visto o email nem o wpp. Péssimo, no Instagram fala que leva um dia, mas aparentemente é só para os amigos das responsáveis.
Until a while ago it was 5 stars, but now that I needed to contact you by email, the stars have fallen a lot. They just don't read the email at all. I sent a photo to frame on Friday, I sent a message on Saturday, Sunday, and when I got there on Monday afternoon, they didn't even know about my painting, they hadn't seen the email or the wpp. Terribly, on Instagram he says it takes a day, but apparently it is only for the friends of those responsible.
