A atendente Célia não estava muito interessada em passar o orçamento e ficou de passar por WhatsApp. Como demorou, retornei para saber o motivo do não envio e a atendente me respondeu que "não era assim, que o orçamento demora mais de 1 dia e que tinha muita fila, muitos e-mails". Fomos em outra empresa de jacuzzi na Granja Viana e fomos prontamente atendidos e valores bem mais acessíveis!!
Too bad. We went to visit the store in person. The attendant Célia was not very interested in giving the budget and was going to go through WhatsApp. As it took so long, I returned to find out the reason for not sending it and the attendant replied that "it wasn't like that, that the quote takes more than 1 day and that there was a lot of queue, a lot of e-mails". We went to another jacuzzi company in Granja Viana and we were promptly assisted and much more affordable!!

I've been waiting for 4 days for a simple quote for a pool light. I spoke with Sergio a few times, I sent WhatsApp… I sent everything they asked me to, but I'm still waiting. I asked for everything through WhatsApp to make it easier for me and speed up the purchase and collection, but it's so slow that I've given up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Indicaram pessoa para fazer minha piscina, e a pessoa era muito incompetente. Faz uns 2 anos e a iluminação da minha piscina e os jatos de hidro até hoje não funcionam. Era mais barato mas claramente sem qualificação. Acho que os equipamentos que vendem estão ok, mas não recomendo qualquer indicação de serviço. Não dá pata confiar.
They indicated a person to do my pool, and the person was very incompetent. It's been about 2 years and the lighting in my pool and the hydro jets still don't work. It was cheaper but clearly unqualified. I think the equipment they sell is ok, but I don't recommend any indication of service. Can't be trusted.
