★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conheci a escola virtualmente, por conta da pandemia. É engraçado, apesar de não conhecer a professora pessoalmente, é como se nos conhecêssemos há muito tempo. As aulas são ótimas, consciência corporal, emocional e, ao mesmo tempo que contempla as necessidades de todos, tem também um olhar individual.
I got to know the school virtually, because of the pandemic. It's funny, even though I don't know the teacher personally, it's as if we've known each other for a long time. The classes are great, body awareness, emotional and, while contemplating everyone's needs, it also has an individual look.

Doing yoga at ComTato is a great privilege - Lulu creates a very special and welcoming atmosphere of concentration, friendship and spirituality. I imagine that there are countless ways to practice yoga, but the yoga lived here is intense, full of color and light, soul and energy.

Beautiful place, with the best energy, that seems to move you from São Paulo. The classes with Lulu are moments of reconnection between body, mind and spirit. All this permeated with the super high spirits of this unique woman, Lulu! I highly recommend a class with her so you can experience all of this.
