Indico a escola, tanto para quem esta começando um restaurante, como para quem já tem, mas precisa melhorar processos e gerenciamento.
I took two courses at EGG, Restaurant Manager and Executive Chef, both online, which surprised me positively both in content and the distance learning system. I would have liked to have taken the course earlier, I would have suffered less from my business.
I recommend the school, both for those who are starting a restaurant and for those who already have it, but need to improve processes and management.
