How could I not like it? Wonderful with a capital "M". I do laser hair removal and I highly recommend all the procedures of the place. My mother did the massage and now she wants to go back. Super affordable price with very skilled professionals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento não é tão legal. Estou tentando um cancelamento de um pacote há mais de uma semana. Sempre marcam uma data p resolver o cancelamento e não resolvem. Não dão uma satisfação. Péssimo. Perdeu não só uma cliente, mas quem perguntar sobre irei indicar para passar bemm longe da clinica.
Service is not so nice. I've been trying to cancel a package for over a week. They always set a date to resolve the cancellation and they don't. Do not give a satisfaction. Terrible. Not only did you lose a client, but whoever asks about it, I'll tell you to go far away from the clinic.

Marquei com eles, mesmo as referências do lugar não sendo muito boas, pois acreditava realmente ser algo pontual.
Mas as mesmas coisas e as mesmas desculpas aconteceram com pessoas diferentes.
A politica de atendimento poderia ser melhor e mais organizada.
Unfortunately I didn't have a nice experience;
I made an appointment with them, even though the references of the place were not very good, as I really believed it was something punctual.
But the same things and the same excuses happened to different people.
The service policy could be better and more organized.

Esperava um resultado melhor. Em outra ocasião fui tentar fazer uma compra de uma promoção e fui super mal atendida no canal do WhatsApp e ainda houve a tentativa de fazer uma venda casada me empurrando mais procedimentos do que eu queria. Acredito que o espaço tem potencial para oferecer bons serviços e existe a vontade genuína por parte de alguns funcionários, mas o atendimento é organização precisam melhorar
