Eu quando agendei o meu horário pedi para fazer com uma fisio específica, pois ela sabia como estava o meu tratamento, e foi confirmado que a mesma estava de plantão. Quando cheguei no dia, a fisio não estava disponível e quando eu falei que tinha agendando com a fisio, as atendentes quiseram me maltratar e ainda falou, então você vai ter que aguardar a fisio ficar livre ou remarcar para outro dia. Já indiquei várias amigas para fazer na espaço e nunca fui tão maltratada e as atendentes (3 pessoas) ainda fizeram um descaso. Estou aqui aguardando já a 50 minutos de atraso e ainda não fui atendida.
Bad service, even though they charge you to arrive on time, they don't answer you on time. When I scheduled my appointment, I asked to do it with a specific physio, because she knew how my treatment was, and it was confirmed that she was on duty. When I arrived on the day, the physio was not available and when I said I had an appointment with the physio, the attendants wanted to mistreat me and still spoke, so you will have to wait for the physio to be free or reschedule for another day. I've already recommended several friends to do it in the space and I've never been so mistreated and the attendants (3 people) still neglected. I'm here waiting 50 minutes late and I still haven't been answered.
