★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Costumava ser mensalista do Estapar no hospital da Luz. Até o dia que arranharam meu carro. Registrei uma queixa junto ao suposto gerente no dia seguinte ao ocorrido, porém, ao final desse mesmo dia, o meu carro apareceu novamente arranhado. Pedi ao suposto gerente então que verificasse as imagens de segurança, para sabermos o que ocorreu. Nesse dia, quando fui pegar meu carro no estacionamento, o manobrista do horário veio tirar satisfação comigo questionando o porque eu tava reclamando, e ainda, insinuando que eu estava engana. No dia seguinte, registrei uma nova queixa junto ao gerente sobre o comportamento do funcionário e ele me respondeu "ah sim, meu funcionário reclamou mesmo de você", insinuando que eu estava errada em reclamar dos arranhados do meu carro. Perguntei então das imagens das câmeras de segurança, e ele disse que tinha visto e não tinha encontrado nada, e que não poderia vê-las. Ou seja, ele se negou a resolver esse problema. Liguei então no sac da empresa, e fui informada que a pessoa que se diz gerente do estacionamento, na verdade não é gerente, e sim um funcionário como os outros.
Agora o que esperar de uma empresa que propõe cuidar do seu veículo e o danifica, não se responsabiliza pelo dano, te ameaça com funcionário mal educado, que é protegido pela gerencia, que ainda não é a gerencia real, mas sim um fictícia.
Fiquem atentos com esse estacionamento. Eu passei por isso, mas espero que ninguém mais precise passar por isso também.
 I used to be a monthly worker at Estapar at Luz hospital. Until the day my car was scratched. I filed a complaint with the alleged manager the day after the incident, however, at the end of that day, my car was again scratched. I then asked the supposed manager to check the security footage so we'd know what happened. That day, when I went to pick up my car in the parking lot, the valet on time came to satisfy me, questioning why I was complaining, and even insinuating that I was wrong. The next day I filed a new complaint with the manager about the employee's behavior and he replied "oh yes, my employee did complain about you", implying that I was wrong to complain about the scratches on my car. I then asked about the images from the security cameras, and he said that he had seen and found nothing, and that he could not see them. In other words, he refused to solve this problem. So I called the company office and was informed that the person who claims to be the parking manager is not actually a manager, but an employee like the others.
Now what to expect from a company that proposes to take care of your vehicle and damages it, is not responsible for the damage, threatens you with a rude employee, who is protected by management, which is not real management, but a fictitious one.
Watch out for this parking lot. I went through this, but I hope no one else needs to go through this either.
