★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo comprei uma promoção no site o atendimento péssimo desço início fiz o agendamento quase um mês antes cheguei não estava agendada msm assim prestaram o atendimento a atendente fez o procedimento incompleto aí por cima não fez as perguntas frequentes fez choques na minha barriga sendo q faço utilização de metal tentei um próximo atendimento e não consegui agendar agora eu só quero meu dinheiro de volta e não quero voltar mais na clínica horrível o atendimento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O preço é baixo, por isso até vale a pena, mas não espere muito luxo ou conforto, são sessões rápidas, são várias macas em um espaço pequeno, então não tem muita privacidade.. e os pacotes com "180" procedimentos é pura enganação, na verdade são 5 sessões com uns 3 procedimentos apenas.. mas vale o custo benefício
The price is low, so it's worth it, but don't expect too much luxury or comfort, it's quick sessions, it's lots of stretchers in a small space, so there's not a lot of privacy. Actually there are 5 sessions with a 3 procedures only .. but it's worth the cost

Pedi a troca do procedimento, paguei 178,00 e pedi pra fazermos duas áreas de criolipolise (o tratamento correto de crio) que custa 200.Ate me disponibilizaria a cobrir o valor. Mesmo assim não aceitaram e eu teria que fazer a crio à parte. Um absurdo. Estão descaradamente enganando os clientes.
I bought a package of cryolipolysis from the Cantagalo unit and the package is misleading. This is not cryolipolysis but a cooling gel that they call cryolipolysis. I asked to change the procedure, paid 178.00 and asked to do two areas of cryolipolysis (the correct cryo treatment) that costs 200.Ate would make me available to cover the amount. They still didn't accept it and I would have to create it separately. Nonsense. They are blatantly fooling customers.
