★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, agendei uma limpeza de pele e primeiro me passaram um valor, e questionei o motivo de que o valor estava diferente do site uva rosa, informaram que conseguiria deixar o mesmo valor do site.. por um imprevisto no caminho informei que iria atrasar 10 minutos, a atendente com grosseiria informou que pelo regulamento do site, detalhe não existe site !! Ou pelo menos não informou que seria a tolerância do site uva rosa de 5 minutos. Me senti mal tratada, em nenhum momento não falei que não iria comparecer, só informei que iria chegar 10 minutos atrasada pelo fato de ter ocorrido um acidente na avenida, acredito que todo este descaso é pelo fato de ser um agendamento feito pelo UVA ROSA. Acredito que o cliente tem que ser tratado bem independente de qualquer coisa. Se vocês colocam um valor em um site de cupom, a obrigação da clínica é tratar o cliente bem. Não indico. Apesar de terem perguntado de queria reagendar, achei péssimo a forma que fui tratada.

I felt badly treated, at no time did I not say I was not going to attend, I only informed that I would be 10 minutes late due to the fact that there was an accident on the avenue, I believe that all this neglect is due to the fact that it was an appointment made by UVA ROSA. I believe the customer has to be treated well regardless of anything. If you place a value on a coupon site, the clinic's obligation is to treat the client well. I do not indicate. Despite having asked if I wanted to reschedule, I thought the way I was treated was terrible.
