★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido no período da noite. Na verdade, a primeira tentativa do pedido não deu certo, pois existia um anúncio de que o lugar não estava funcionando, mesmo estando em contato com o whatsapp do local e com o funcionário informando que estavam sim funcionando.
O mais grave veio logo a seguir, pois com o pedido já feito, o atendente do whatsapp solicitou uma TAXA EXTRA DE ENTREGA pra região que eu estava, coisa totalmente abusiva e absurda.
Não sei se foi uma tentativa de tirar dinheiro por estar hospedada em um hotel ou um prática comum desse funcionário. A empresa precisa ver isso, já que existe uma má intenção nesse ato, que já deve ter afetado alguns clientes do local.
Fora esse absurdo, o tratamento dele foi totalmente seco e sem nenhum tato com o público, dando respostas vagas e que funcionava pra pergunta que havia feito

The most serious thing came right after, because with the request already made, the whatsapp attendant requested an EXTRA DELIVERY RATE for the region I was in, something totally abusive and absurd.
I don't know if it was an attempt to get money out of staying at a hotel or a common practice of this employee. The company needs to see this, since there is a bad intention in this act, which must have already affected some customers in the place.
Apart from this nonsense, his treatment was totally dry and without any tact with the public, giving vague answers that worked for the question he had asked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A barca de batata que teoricamente é um dos barcos chefes da casa, veio com a batata frita isossa, as que não estavam frias e praticamente congeladas, estavam bem murchas, sem cor alguma, além de na nota ter pedido um refrigerante zero já que não posso beber o normal, valor de 19,90 e ainda mais a entrega. O cheddar estava em boa quantidade em compensação.
