No dia 16/02 Cheguei às 03:30 da manhã e eu era a 25° as 07hrs abriram os portões tinha mais ou menos umas 50 pessoas na fila todos entraram e passaram por uma triagem muito rápida para saber se era caso de urgência todos os dias são abertos somente 20 novos cadastros que garantem o atendimento pra quem está na fila, se o seu caso não for urgência e vc não estiver entre os 20 vc não consegue atendimento e logo passou a noite na rua e na fila em vão,(vi algumas pessoas que não foram atendidas e chegou logo depois de mim) passei pela triagem e o caso do meu cãozinho era urgência e aí consegui atendimento e era suspeita de cinomose e meu cachorro recebeu todo o atendimento as estagiárias são muito atenciosas e amorosas melhor que um posto de saúde para humanos, recebeu soro e uma porção de medicamentos na veia tudo gratuito,foi marcado para ele lá na unidade mesmo raio X e Neurologista gratuitos, trouxe ele pra casa para continuar o tratamento os custos dos remédios em casa é do dono. É um local cheio então vá preparado para passar o dia lá como eu disse cheguei 03:30 da manhã e saí de lá era 14hrs da tarde mas meu cão foi muito bem atendido e está melhorando..

On 02/16 I arrived at 03:30 in the morning and I was on the 25th at 07:00 the gates opened there were about 50 people in line, they all got in and went through a very quick screening to find out if it was an emergency case all days are open only 20 new registrations that guarantee the service for those who are in the queue, if your case is not urgent and you are not among the 20 you cannot get service and then you spent the night on the street and in the queue in vain,(I saw some people who were not attended and arrived soon after me) I went through the triage and the case of my puppy was urgent and then I got care and I was suspected of distemper and my dog received all the care the interns are very attentive and loving better than a health center for humans, he received serum and a lot of medication in the vein, all free of charge, it was scheduled for him there in the unit, the same X-ray and Neurologist free of charge, he brought him home to continue the treatment, the costs of the medicines at home are the owner's. It's a busy place so be prepared to spend the day there as I said I arrived at 3:30 am and left at 2 pm but my dog was very well taken care of and is improving..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Última vez agora fui levar com a minha Filha o pet dela o Thor , mas a uns 5 anos atrás tive problema com meu Shiatsu Félix e graças a Deus foi super bem atendido e operado e resolveram o problema dele , já o da minha filha não era tão grave e foi encaminhado ao hospital de baixo custo da própria Faculdade e após passado em consulta tbm deu tudo certo após tratamento .
Last time now I went to take her pet Thor with my Daughter, but about 5 years ago I had a problem with my Shiatsu Félix and thank God it was super well attended and operated and they solved his problem, my daughter's problem was not so serious and was sent to the low-cost hospital of the Faculty itself and after being in consultation, everything went well after treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hospital é excelente no modo como cuidam dos pet com uma infraestrutura muito boa mesmo. Atendem tanto gatos como cachorros.
A única reclamação é que a médica da triagem poderia ser mais educada e não tão grosseira com os donos dos pets, pois ninguém tem culpa de os bichinhos ficarem doentes. Somos melhores amigos...
Outra melhorias seriam na distribuição das senhas para triagem.
Quem quer ser atendido precisa dormir no local de um dia para o outro, para conseguir.
Mas no geral o grupo está de parabéns pelo trabalho exemplar e dedicação em cuidar desse " filhinhos" de quatro patas.
Hospital is excellent in the way they take care of pets with a really good infrastructure. They serve both cats and dogs.
The only complaint is that the triage doctor could be more polite and not so rude to pet owners, as it's nobody's fault that pets get sick. We are best friends...
Another improvement would be in the distribution of passwords for screening.
Anyone who wants to be served needs to sleep in the place overnight to get it.
But in general, the group is to be congratulated for the exemplary work and dedication in taking care of this four-legged "children".
