Very good service, better than the health insurance doctors who only look at the person from afar, I liked it a lot, even asked for an exam, which the 4 I passed didn't do anything, thank you....

RECEPTIONIST ASKED ME TO SCHEDULE THE MICRO SURGERY BY WHATSAPP, BUT THE NUMBER IS THE NUMBER THAT NO ONE ANSWERS. SOMEONE PLEASE ALREADY DONE THE PROCEDURE, TAGING BY WHATSAPP??? AND COULD YOU GIVE ME THAT NUMBER....??? THANKS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu tive uma péssima experiência nessa faculdade , os acompanhantes não podem subir, tem que ficar lá fora sem lugar pra sentar , sem banheiro e água.
Meu pai chegou lá as 8 pra fazer um procedimento , mas foi mandado de um lugar pro outro , não fizeram o procedimento ,"marcaram " uma data , ficou 2 horas só esperando a boa vontade deles pra NADA . Eles marcam e não falam que tem que pagar, isso foi sacanagem .

I had a bad experience at this college, companions cannot go up, they have to stay outside with no place to sit, no bathroom and water.
My father arrived there at 8 o'clock to have a procedure, but he was sent from one place to another, they didn't do the procedure, "they set" a date, he stayed 2 hours just waiting for their goodwill for NOTHING. They make an appointment and don't say they have to pay, that was dirty.
Employees wasting a lot of time talking...

Liguei em janeiro e me informaram que a partir da segunda semana de fevereiro seria o agendamento de consultas, ao ligar na segunda semana de fevereiro me informaram para ligar a partir do dia 28 de fevereiro, liguei no dia 04/03, me informaram que os agendamentos só funcionavam na última quinta do mês, ou seja, incoerência total nas informações. Hoje, última quinta-feira do mês de março, dia 31/03, estou desde as 10h da manhã, agora são 14h56, ligando para o telefone e nada de atenderem, horas aguardando a ligação ser transferida para o ramal de agendamento de consultas, quando a ligação é transferida a ligação cai e quando não cai alguém atende e deixa o telefone fora do gancho, sendo possível ouvir toda a conversa no fundo, sem nenhum tipo de informe, por exemplo "aguarde um momento, já vou atendê-lo", desrespeiti total, falta de noção e estrutura, não faz sentido segurar todo o agendamento do mês para um único dia, isso congestiona a linha telefônica e ninguém consegue ligar, fora que isso deve deixar os funcionários muito mais exaustos e estressados, ou seja, noção nenhuma de processos.

Today, the last Thursday of March, 03/31, I've been there since 10 am, now it's 2:56 pm, calling the phone and no answer, hours waiting for the call to be transferred to the appointment scheduling extension, when the call is transferred, the call hangs up and when it doesn't hang up someone answers and leaves the phone off the hook, being possible to hear the entire conversation in the background, without any kind of report, for example "wait a moment, I'll answer you" , total disrespect, lack of concept and structure, it makes no sense to hold the entire month's schedule for a single day, it congests the phone line and no one can call, besides that it must leave the employees much more exhausted and stressed, that is, no notion of processes.
