★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, me matriculei para o curso presencial de bacharelado em educação física, recebi uma mensagem dizendo que não tinham alunos o suficiente para o curso e me ofereceram outros cursos, porém não me interessei por outros cursos, então na área do aluno eu fiz o pedido de restituição e o cancelamento da matrícula, passaram-se alguns dias e recebi uma mensagem no WhatsApp dizendo o dia que as aulas semipresenciais começariam, conversei com a moça e ela disse que na minha cidade nem tinha curso presencial de Educação Física. E mesmo depois de pedir o cancelamento e restituição estou recebendo boletos para pagar, e perdi o acesso à área do aluno para acompanhar os requerimentos e a moça falou que não achou nenhum requerimento meu, fiz esses requerimentos no final de julho.
Terrible, I enrolled for the on-site physical education baccalaureate course, I received a message saying that there were not enough students for the course and they offered me other courses, but I was not interested in other courses, so in the student area I made the request of refund and cancellation of enrollment, a few days went by and I received a message on WhatsApp saying the day the blended classes would start, I talked to the girl and she said that in my city there was not even a physical education course. And even after asking for cancellation and refund, I am receiving payment slips, and I lost access to the student area to follow up on the requirements and the girl said that she didn't find any of my requirements, I made these requests at the end of July.
