Ao entrar na empresa foi fantasiado uma empresa de grande porte e diretrizes com os colaboradores.
Mas se tornou pessoal as atitudes da gerência com os colaboradores da organização ali presente.
(Visando somente produtividade)
Para vocês ter noção o gerente de processo não se dá bem com gerente de usinagem.
( HARMONIA) não tem.
Onde era visível que ali por se tratar de uma só empresa existia uma divisão entre partes ou melhor dizendo duas equipes.

Na posição de um gestor ou encarregado,
É permitido gritar com os colaboradores
E ainda expõe suas dificuldade na seção de trabalho? Perante os demais colegas de serviço.
