ALIÁS, TODAS AS FARMÁCIAS QUE LIGUEI EM JOÃO PESSOA, NENHUMA ATENDE. QUE COISA HORROROSA ESSE COMÉRCIO DA CIDADE. A ÚNICA QUE ATENDEU FOI A DROGASIL DA BEIRA RIO, PRÓXIMO A ORLA, EM CABO BRANCO, MAS NÃO FAZEM ENTREGA. TIVE QUE COMPRAR POR TELEFONE E IR ATÉ O LOCAL PARA RETIRAR OS PRODUTOS. MAS AGORA SÓ VOU NA DROGASIL, POIS TODAS AS OUTRAS REDES SÃO PÉSSIMAS E NÃO ATENDEM O TELEFONE. ABSURDO.
TERRIBLE. HORROROUS. I WAS ALMOST THAT ALL DAY TRYING TO CONTACT AND SIMPLY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE AND JUST MAKE A CALL. ALIE, ALL THE PHARMACIES I CALLED IN JOÃO PESSOA, NONE ANSWERS. WHAT A HORROR THING THAT CITY TRADE. THE ONLY ONE THAT ATTENDED WAS DROGASIL FROM BEIRA RIO, NEAR THE SLOPE, IN CAPE BRANCO, BUT DO NOT DELIVER. I HAD TO BUY BY PHONE AND GO TO THE LOCATION TO REMOVE THE PRODUCTS. BUT NOW I ONLY GO ON DROGASIL, BECAUSE ALL THE OTHER NETWORKS ARE TERRIBLE AND DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. ABSURD.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A farmácia pague menos, põe um número de telefone para delivery, mas nunca atende. Só dá número inexistente. Têm outros números, mas também não atende. Então, não distribua imã de geladeira com u número de vocês.

If you need the medicine in 2 hours then you can count on delivery as it was the time I waited. Bad shopping experience I don't recommend and besides, the phone provided doesn't answer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu fui roubada nessa loja, o atendente passou um valor errado, de R$717 e a gerente disse que não tem como estornar, estou tentando por todos os canais reaver meu dinheiro mas como não encontram o valor, que eles não lançaram eu não consigo! É um absurdo o descaso dos funcionários e da própria rede de farmácias! Um valor errado pode ser estornado na mesma hora quando a loja se recusa eu entendo que é roubo!!
I was robbed at this store, the attendant gave a wrong amount of R$717 and the manager said that there is no way to refund it, I am trying through all channels to get my money back but as they cannot find the amount, they didn't release it, I can't! The negligence of employees and the pharmacy network itself is absurd! A wrong amount can be reversed at the same time when the store refuses I understand it's theft!!
